If you're going to do one thing, make it yoga with Cabrini. She is one of a kind—truly compassionate and insightful. Her teaching style is accessible and joyful, offering the perfect way to relax and reconnect. It was a blessing to take her class in Switzerland. We hiked up the most beautiful mountains, where Cabrini led us in yoga, overlooking a serene lake while the gentle sound of cowbells filled the air. The environment was magical, and Cabrini's teaching made it all the more special. I cannot recommend yoga with Cabrini enough.

I have taken numerous classes from Cabrini. She has a unique ability to make everyone at any level feel welcome. In addition, Cabrini has worked with many of my patients to develop poses and exercises to help with their rehabilitation.
